• Fluent written and spoken English
• Top-tier strategy consulting background with focus on IT strategy, technology transformation, or cyber security
• Proven experience (5+ years) in developing and delivering Board- and C-level presentations, including strong capabilities in storylining, executive messaging, and visualization
• Strong understanding of IT strategy, operating models, and transformation governance
• Solid foundation in cyber / information security concepts (e.g., risk management, security architectures, regulatory environments)
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives in large, international organizations
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and structuring skills combined with a strong execution and outcome orientation
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and translate complexity into clear decisions

• Driving, coordinating and governing strategic priorities across the Group
• Orchestrating selected cross-Group cyber security and technology risk priorities
• Ensuring clear ownership, aligned objectives, disciplined governance, and transparent progress reporting towards senior stakeholders
• Coordinating and preparing Board and C-level responses
• Acting as a trusted coordination point for planned and ad-hoc executive requests, preparing concise, fact-based and decision-ready responses reflecting strategic priorities, risk implications, and required management actions
• Developing and owning C-level storylines and presentations
• Creating compelling executive narratives, presentation storylines, and visual materials translating complex cyber security, risk and transformation topics into clear messages, options, and decisions for senior management and Board audiences
• Supporting overarching operating model transformation
• Contributing to the evolution of the Group Risk & Security operating model by supporting governance, process and capability improvements that increase scalability, transparency, efficiency, and strategic execution across the function
