Senior Data Scientist

At Pretius we are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to a large-scale e-commerce platform development.

• Commercial experience with Neural Networks and Deep Learning (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Excellent Python skills (Pandas, NumPy) and advanced SQL (BigQuery is a plus)
• Experience building and deploying production ML models end-to-end
• Hands-on experience with GCP, especially Vertex AI and Vertex Pipelines
• Software engineering mindset (clean code, testing, CI/CD)
• Experience mentoring or leading technical initiatives
• STEM degree or equivalent professional experience
• English level B2+

Nice to have:

• Experience with low-latency ML systems
• Advertising, recommendation or ranking domain knowledge
• CTR/CVR modeling experience
• Knowledge of Gradient Boosted Trees
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools

• Design and optimize ML models for CTR, CVR and RoAS prediction
• Build Deep Learning solutions combining user, product and placement signals
• Own the full ML lifecycle—from problem definition to production deployment
• Develop models for high-throughput, low-latency environments
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and business teams
• Mentor other Data Scientists and promote best practices
