Requirements Management Engineer

The client is a global technology leader delivering innovative and sustainable mobility solutions for the automotive market. The company focuses on advanced eMobility solutions and has a newly established Technical Center in Poland dedicated to electric and hybrid vehicles. • Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in working with requirements development in automotive, aviation, or similar industries
• Good knowledge of requirements and systems engineering principles and guidelines (e.g., INCOSE, IREB)
• Experience with requirements management tools e.g., Polarion, DOORS, Codebeamer
• Experience working within an ASPICE based process environment or similar

• Ensure accuracy and configuration management of all project-related stakeholder requirements, norms, standards, and specifications
• Manage the customer compliance matrix
• Manage the structure of requirements and source documentation in the Requirements Management tool
• Define the reuse concept for the platform requirements
• Work with development leads to define release-based content schedules
• Communicate and disseminate requirements to function and feature developers
• Ensure traceability and consistency of requirements derived from norms, standards, and stakeholder specifications
• Ensure the requirements management process is followed
• Define stakeholder requirements review criteria and ensure the requirements review process is followed
• Collaborate with system & software architects, functional safety, and test engineers to ensure downstream user feedback
• Freeze and release requirement baselines for each system release
• Track requirements progress metrics to ensure progress to the project timeline
• Ensure quality consistency of requirements across projects
