• Fluency in written and spoken English
• University degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or comparable field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or system analysis in complex IT environments
• In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methods and experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Knowledge of requirements modeling (e.g., UML, BPMN) and process analysis; IREB certification is a plus
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, collaborate across teams/time zones, with occasional travel
