Playwright Practice Lead / Automation Solutions Architect

• Minimum 5 years of experience in test automation project work, including at least 2 years with Playwright (TypeScript / JavaScript).
• Experience with Java and Selenium, understanding Java team practices and challenges.
• Experience designing test automation frameworks from scratch for multiple teams.
• Practical knowledge of REST API and API test integration with E2E testing.
• Experience in enterprise projects in large organizations, preferably in finance, insurance, telecom, or similar sectors.
• Leadership or mentoring experience: conducting trainings, code reviews, onboarding, and tech leading.
• Ability to present technical solutions to business audiences with workshops and value-focused communication.
• Strategic thinking about how automation supports client business goals.
• Fluent in Polish (C2) and English (minimum B2) for technical conversation and presentations.
• Genuine interest in AI concepts in testing; experimenting with Copilot, Claude, AI-assisted test generation, and prompt engineering for QA.

Mentoring and Competency Transformation:

• Develop career paths enabling migration of automation specialists to Playwright through continuous mentoring including code reviews, pair programming, and internal standards creation.

Solution Architecture and Frameworks:

• Design and build Playwright-based test frameworks from scratch for reuse across teams.
• Integrate solutions with CI/CD, reporting systems, and client infrastructure.

Consulting and Client Work:

• Act as an expert in client engagements for discovery, assessment, strategy design, and presentations to technical and business decision-makers.

Practice Development and Innovation:

• Monitor automation trends, experiment with AI technologies, and build internal know-how to support teams.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
