Senior Project Manager (AI)

• Minimum 5-7 years experience managing IT projects interfacing with business, including complex technology projects.
• Extensive knowledge in managing projects involving business process and IT system changes in large matrix organizations.
• Proficiency with project management tools, specifically JIRA, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Understanding of cloud solutions and artificial intelligence.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Awareness of ethical and legal aspects of AI, including RODO, data bias, and explainability.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical complexity to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage interdisciplinary teams including developers, analysts, and business experts.
• Risk and budget management experience in projects.
• Experience managing projects with internal and external clients.
• Business-oriented with focus on delivered value.
• Higher technical education in fields like computer science, automation, mathematics, econometrics, or related.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe).

• Lead and supervise IT project implementation including AI components.
• Coordinate with development teams, data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure project compliance with legal requirements such as RODO and AI Act and ethical standards.
• Participate in software procurement processes.
• Prepare and verify project management documentation including budgets, schedules, and required registers.
• Plan project team workload and report project status within the organization.
• Operational management of suppliers involved in projects.
• Report project status to management and participate in strategic reviews.
• Monitor progress and manage risks, budgets, and schedules.
