Transition Project Manager (f/m/x)

Sii is hiring for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate production transfers between international sites, mainly in the aerospace or automotive sectors.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing, operations, or New Products Industrialization (NPI)
• Proven experience leading successful international production transfers and/or new product launches in a regulated industry
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, including Jira
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Aerospace, or related field
• Experience managing cross-functional and international teams
• Advanced proficiency in Polish and English
• Ability to work from the office in Niepołomice 5 days per week

Nice to have:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
• Background in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or industrial engineering
• Experience working with aerospace OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
• Familiarity with EASA, FAA certification and production approval processes

• Leading end-to-end planning and execution of production transfers across international entities
• Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets to align with organizational goals
• Coordinating with global teams to ensure process readiness, tooling, work instructions, capacity planning, and regulatory compliance
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks while developing contingency plans
• Ensuring all quality, regulatory, and certification requirements are met
• Reporting project progress to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Applying project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid
• Utilizing project management tools and techniques like Planisware, Jira, WBS, Gantt charts, and Earned Value Management (EVM)
