Data Scientist with German (AI Solution) | f/m/d

• Fluent spoken and written English and German
• University degree in Natural Sciences, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Solid knowledge of programming and modelling languages such as Python (preferred) and R, business intelligence tools, and cloud technologies like Azure and AWS
• Hands-on experience in statistical modelling, machine learning, AI, and data visualization
• Knowledge and experience with Generative AI applications and large language models; MLOps experience is desirable
• Strong analytical skills and experience processing large structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sets, supplemented by experience with GenAI applications
• Willingness to innovate and proactive working style with ability to think and act in a networked manner
• Willingness to travel

• Developing and implementing strategic digitalisation projects with a focus on (Gen)AI
• Designing and implementing machine learning and AI solutions, particularly deep learning, considering the latest developments in GenAI
• Contributing to the development and deployment of machine learning and (Gen)AI solutions including model training, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, continuous monitoring, and optimization
• Collaborating closely with IT and business units in agile, cross-functional teams to implement machine learning and (Gen)AI solutions
• Helping to build and maintain a company-wide network to foster a strong AI community
• Utilizing work experience in the insurance industry
