Wymagania
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
- Experience working as an Operational Product Owner
- Experience leading technical teams
- Interest and understanding of Lean and Agile methodologies
- Strong leadership skills aligned with Ericsson core values
- Ability to work cross-functionally and across organizational boundaries
- Flexibility and willingness to take on diverse tasks
- Strong knowledge of product development with understanding of systemization, design, and verification
- Business and customer focus with high accountability
- Good English language skills in writing and conversation

- Clarify and translate requirements
- Refine and break down requirements with teams
- Drive, develop, and prioritize the backlog
- Manage dependencies
- Ensure teams understand the value to be delivered
- Collaborate with other product owners and technical core teams
- Set the roadmap for efficient RUSW productions system
