It actively engages in technologies such as artificial intelligence, process automation, mobile applications, facial and voice biometrics, Big Data, data science, and system architecture and infrastructure.

• Minimum one year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Ability to analyze, gather, and document business requirements
• Experience cooperating with business stakeholders and IT teams
• Skills in process modeling and identifying improvement opportunities
• Highly developed analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of tools supporting analysis and requirements management, including Excel, Jira, and Confluence
• Independence, initiative, and ability to work in a dynamic project environment
• Capability to translate business needs into system solutions

• Analyze and improve processes related to complaint handling and customer requests
• Identify business needs and recommend system and operational improvements
• Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Create and update analytical documentation, including user stories, process diagrams, and requirement specifications
• Collaborate with IT teams during design, implementation, and development of solutions
• Participate in business testing and support the implementation process
• Monitor the effects of implemented changes and propose further improvements
