Gong Engage Program Lead

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Gong Engage and the broader Gong platform ecosystem.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience building governance models, operational frameworks, and scalable processes.
• Ability to work effectively across global teams and regions.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and revenue technology platforms.
• Background in Sales Enablement or seller productivity initiatives.
• Familiarity with Sales Plays, RTB frameworks, and sales engagement platforms.

• Design and establish the engagement and governance framework for Gong Engage.
• Build and maintain the model for managing Sales Plays and content within the platform.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement related to the OCC-to-Engage migration, including change management and communications.
• Define how regions and cross-functional teams collaborate throughout rollout phases.
• Manage the product feedback process and partner with Gong to prioritize business needs and platform enhancements.
• Track adoption and engagement metrics, providing regular updates to leadership.
