Senior Technical Leader, EasySaaS

Google Cloud is building a core platform layer in GCP enabling teams to build managed SaaS services at scale. The EasySaaS team focuses on creating a platform to help Service Producers build, deploy, upgrade, and manage SaaS products across Google Cloud Platform, Google Distributed Clouds, and other cloud environments, supporting growth of managed services in GCP.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in C++, Java, GO
• 5 years of experience in designing scalable distributed systems and APIs
• Experience in building available systems and designing for resilience

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience delivering cloud based products

• Own the technical direction of a large part of EasySaaS driving architecture and external APIs
• Ensure proper scalability and reliability for services deploying millions of instances
• Provide technical oversight over project delivery and quality
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and customers to translate needs into technical designs and roadmaps
• Perform experiments and test various design assumptions and solutions using open source technologies
