• Experience testing customer service processes in telephone or digital channels
• Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to quickly learn data analysis
• Ability for precise analysis, attention to detail, and good organization

• Interest in modern technologies, especially AI solutions
• Higher education

Nice to have:

• Minimum 3 years in testing or as an IT Tester
• Experience testing chatbots, voicebots, or conversational solutions
• Knowledge of communication automation platforms like SentiOne Automate
• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and Power BI
• Knowledge of UX/UI design and user experience optimization
• Experience testing solutions using Generative AI models
• Basic understanding of NLP and Machine Learning concepts, such as intent recognition, Named Entity Recognition (NER), and fuzzy matching
