Software Development Engineer in Test

Over 200 Jit personnel are engaged in more than 60 projects for this client focused on financial services.

• 6+ years of experience in manual and automated testing of backend services and frontend web applications
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium
• Mobile testing experience for iOS and Android platforms
• Experience writing Cucumber API tests
• Practical experience with Postman, Bruno, qTest, BrowserStack
• Solid background in functional, regression, integration, and reliability testing
• Accessibility testing knowledge including WCAG standards
• Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks

• Willingness to do development and contribute to code

• Validate new features and changes from a quality and risk perspective
• Contribute to and evolve automated test coverage across the product
• Work closely with developers to ensure testable and reliable solutions
• Detect, document, and follow up on defects and quality gaps
• Support releases by ensuring stability and confidence in delivered changes
• Apply accessibility checks as part of regular testing activities
