Senior Product Manager

Our Client is a market leader in the Polish e-commerce sector since 1999, with over 20 million users and an IT team of over 1,000 employees developing proprietary technologies. Jit Team has partnered with this Client since 2021, supporting multiple autonomous software development teams designing platform components via micro-services. The project involves delivering software at a massive scale with a focus on performance and availability. Jit Team is a Polish company employing over 770 experts and engages in charitable and educational activities locally.

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX 2012 in roles such as Product Owner, Lead Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Finance (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Polish tax localization) and/or Supply Chain (Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales, Master Planning, Manufacturing) business processes
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS), and D365 data model including Data Entities
• Practical experience in ERP migration projects, especially legacy to Microsoft Dynamics 365 transitions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform solutions: Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps
• Experience defining and managing testing strategies including Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT)
• Familiarity with Agile product management methodologies; PSPO or similar Product Owner certification is a plus

Nice to have:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications such as MB-300, MB-310, MB-330, or MB-335

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements for the AX2012 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations migration project
• Preparing functional and technical documentation in line with the D365 "One Version" model
• Recommending out-of-the-box solutions and low-code technologies to minimize custom development
• Managing and maintaining the product backlog in Azure DevOps, including backlog prioritization, categorization, and regular reviews
• Contributing to the system development roadmap by analyzing business needs and technology trends
• Preparing project status reports and communicating progress to stakeholders and steering committees
• Defining and maintaining User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies for system enhancements
• Configuring and administering Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) environments to support project delivery
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement
• Ensuring the quality, consistency, and successful delivery of system changes throughout the project lifecycle

Candidates are expected to visit Warsaw once per quarter. The recruitment process includes analytical profile assessment, technical interviews, and managerial conversations. Consent for data processing (RODO) required.
