Senior Java Developer

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in distributed teams
• Experience working according to the four-eyes principle and participating in peer reviews
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and technical requirements
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Proactive mindset and willingness to support and engage colleagues in technical discussions
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage

• Developing and maintaining Java-based solutions within Data Products initiatives
• Rebuilding and enhancing collateral data streams following Data Mesh principles
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Participating in code reviews and supporting technical discussions as a sparring partner
