Senior IT Analyst (Data & Analytics)

• 5+ years of experience as IT Analyst, Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, or Data Analyst
• Strong SQL skills for reading, writing, and analyzing complex queries
• Experience with complex business and functional requirements
• Hands-on experience in data analysis, data quality, data validation, and data hygiene
• Experience with Hive and large-scale data environments
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently drive tasks, features, and investigations from start to finish
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience collaborating with both business users and technical teams
• Understanding of Big Data concepts and modern data ecosystems
• Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals and CI/CD concepts
• Strong solution-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly grasp new technologies

Nice to have:

• Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or data analysis
• Knowledge of Apache Spark
• Experience in solution design for data and analytics environments
• Exposure to data governance, data modeling, or data engineering concepts

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality IT and data solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into clear features and user stories
• Support the design and implementation of advanced data and analytics solutions aligned with business needs
• Analyze complex business processes and end-to-end workflows for improvement opportunities
• Drive requirements analysis, solution refinement, and decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability through data analysis and validation activities
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and organizational units
• Work as part of a cross-functional Agile team contributing to planning, refinement, testing, and delivery activities
• Facilitate effective communication between business and technical stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies and methodologies
