Senior Frontend Developer

Jit Team has an over-decade-long relationship with the leading financial group in the Nordic countries and serves as their premier partner in Poland. Over 200 Jit personnel are engaged in more than 60 projects for this Norwegian financial services provider with a global presence. • Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Experience with Web Components and Lit
• Solid understanding of Node.js and npm ecosystem
• Experience writing unit tests with Vitest
• Strong knowledge of frontend architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization
• Ability to work with REST/GraphQL APIs
• Experience in large-scale, modular frontend codebases
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar
• Knowledge of Kafka and MQ systems
• Familiarity with NinjaFork

• Architect and implement complex, interactive user interfaces and single-page applications using TypeScript and JavaScript
• Define and maintain best practices for frontend architecture, state management, and component reusability
• Develop and maintain Web Components using Lit, ensuring modularity and long-term maintainability
• Optimize application performance, improve Core Web Vitals, and ensure smooth experiences across devices and browsers
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end product features
• Integrate with REST and GraphQL APIs, ensuring reliability, security, and consistency of data flows
• Conduct performance audits, code reviews, and mentor other developers
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows (nice-to-have)
• Participate in system design discussions and influence technical decisions across the product
