React Developer

The client is a fintech institution operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focused on modernising its digital capabilities and expanding its offering for micro-SME customers. It is a Polish company with over 15 years of activity, involved also in charitable and educational activities.

Must have:

• Solid commercial experience in frontend development (mid-level proficiency expected).
• Hands-on experience with Flutter (mobile and/or web applications).
• Hands-on experience with React (web applications).
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for professional communication.
• Availability to work from the office 2 days per week in Warsaw, Kraków, Tricity, or Rzeszów.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Prior experience working in the financial services or banking domain.
• Experience building systems from scratch (greenfield projects).
• Experience with state management patterns, design systems, and component-driven architectures.

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications for the fintech platform across web and mobile channels.
• Build responsive, performant, and accessible user interfaces using Flutter and/or React.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional squad (Tech Lead, Senior Developer, BA, QA, Backend Developers) to deliver product increments.
• Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable frontend code.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions within the squad.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following team standards and best practices.
• Contribute to establishing frontend standards, component libraries, and development patterns for the greenfield project.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and technical decisions in English to team members and stakeholders.

Candidates must communicate fluently in English. Hybrid work model requires 2 days per week presence in the office located in Warsaw, Kraków, Tricity (Gdańsk/Gdynia/Sopot), or Rzeszów. Each squad must be from a single location; no splitting squad members across cities.
