Lead Frontend Engineer

• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling
• Experience leading or owning frontend architecture in production environments
• Commercial experience with React Native (nice to have)
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with state management solutions (Redux, React Query, Zustand, etc.)
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization and best practices
• Familiarity with backend technologies (Java) and APIs for full-stack collaboration
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Familiarity or strong interest in AI frameworks and tools
• Experience with AI-assisted programming and AI-powered features is a plus

• Drive frontend innovation and evolution of React-based applications, setting technical direction for user interfaces
• Champion user experience by creating intuitive, responsive interfaces managing complex construction workflows
• Act as a frontend technical leader, supporting and guiding engineers through code reviews, architectural discussions, and best practices
• Lead AI interface integration by designing and implementing user-friendly AI features and interactions
• Collaborate with design and product teams to translate user needs into exceptional frontend experiences
• Take ownership of frontend architecture decisions ensuring code quality and performance
• Navigate technology landscape focusing on React, modern JavaScript, and frontend tooling
• Mentor and support Frontend Engineers in modern development techniques, frontend architecture, and AI-assisted programming
• Participate in technical planning and architectural decisions affecting the frontend platform
• Evaluate new technologies and propose improvements to frontend development processes
