IT Service Analyst

Jit Team is a Polish company employing over 770 experienced experts and collaborating with clients globally to create innovative IT solutions. The client is a leading financial group in the Nordic countries with a global presence focusing on modern technology. Over 200 Jit personnel are engaged in more than 60 projects for this Norwegian financial services provider, characterized by Scandinavian culture emphasizing work-life balance and feedback culture. Projects are executed in international teams, providing daily exposure to English.

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, or CMDB-related roles
• Hands-on experience with CMDB tools (Helix, ServiceNow or similar)
• Basic understanding of cyber security concepts (vulnerability management, security scanning, application/network security)
• General knowledge of IT infrastructure (DNS, PKI/certificates, networking concepts, load balancing)
• Experience working in environments with audit, compliance, or governance requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to translate technical topics for a broader audience

Nice to have:

• Experience with SharePoint
• Experience with Power Automate/Power Apps

• Maintain and update asset and configuration data within CMDB (Helix / ServiceNow)
• Identify and establish ownership of internet-facing assets across the organization
• Collaborate with application, network, and infrastructure teams (e.g. DNS, certificates)
• Support Cyber Security in vulnerability management by ensuring accurate asset mapping and ownership
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of asset data in line with compliance and audit requirements
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support remediation processes by enabling coordination between multiple teams
• Contribute to improving governance, processes, and data quality standards

The position requires availability to work hybrid from offices located in Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź (2/3 days per week). The candidate must have strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and translate technical topics for broader audiences. The role involves collaboration across Cyber Security and infrastructure teams and supports remediation processes. Candidates need experience in audit-driven environments and compliance requirements.
