IT Project Coordinator

Jit Team employs over 770 experienced experts and offers developmental projects and professional development programs. The client is a leading financial group in the Nordic countries, with over 200 Jit personnel engaged in more than 60 projects for this Norwegian major provider of financial services with global presence. The customer operates with a Scandinavian culture emphasizing work-life balance and feedback, and all projects are executed in international teams with daily English communication.

• Previous experience supporting IT projects, ideally within infrastructure or NAS/file share migrations
• Basic understanding of risk, compliance, and security frameworks (e.g., QRA/ORC)
• Familiarity with file services and NAS environments is a strong advantage
• Ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Strong coordination, tracking, and follow-up capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

• Manage migration activities and ensure execution aligns with defined milestones and timelines
• Coordinate with Business Areas and technical SPOCs to maintain alignment and communication
• Track QRA/ORC processes and ensure compliance with security and risk policies
• Organise meetings, document outcomes, and follow up on action items
• Provide clear status updates, including risks, progress tracking, and blockers
• Identify dependencies and proactively escalate issues impacting delivery
