IT Analyst / Data Product Owner

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a solution-oriented approach
• Experience working with complex, end-to-end business requirements
• Excellent communication skills for working with technical and business users
• Ownership and independence in managing tasks, features, and user stories
• Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipelines, and big data ecosystems
• Knowledge of SQL and Hive (must-have)
• Experience in data analysis, data hygiene, and data quality
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Banking domain knowledge is a strong asset

Nice to have:

• Experience with Apache Spark
• Programming skills in Python

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure delivery of high-quality IT solutions
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into user stories and features for agile teams
• Design and contribute to advanced data and analytics solutions within the Data Platform
• Manage delivery dependencies across multiple teams and organizational units
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand expected outcomes and business needs
• Ensure data quality, hygiene, and integrity across data products
