DevOps/Ops Specialist

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and Github/Bitbucket
• Experience with Kafka and microservice architecture
• Good understanding of SQL and secure communication protocols (HTTPS)
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as LDAP, Kerberos, and JWT
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools including Splunk, Prometheus, InfluxDB, and Grafana
• Understanding of cryptography tools such as OpenSSL and keytool
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience with PostgreSQL

• Supporting Release Management in delivering software to production environments
• Monitoring, investigating, and resolving issues in production systems
• Performing incident management and root cause analysis
• Acting as L2 support for incident handling and operational issues
• Collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to ensure system stability
• Maintaining and improving monitoring, logging, and alerting processes
