Delivery Lead / Technical Product Owner

Jit Team is a Polish IT company employing over 770 experienced experts. They maintain an over-decade-long relationship with a leading financial group in the Nordic countries, providing a premier partnership in Poland. Currently, over 200 Jit personnel work on more than 60 projects for this Norwegian financial services provider, emphasizing modern technology, Scandinavian work culture, work-life balance, and international teams with English language use.

• At least 4 years of experience as Product Owner, Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or similar role
• Technical background including Java, Microservices, SQL, PostgreSQL, and API
• Experience in agile environments, preferably within the financial sector
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, FDD, DSDM
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams
• Experience breaking down complex initiatives into smaller deliverable stories
• Solid understanding of IT architecture concepts
• Experience or exposure to data integration and big data environments

• Maximize the value delivered by orchestration (integration) teams
• Execute the strategic direction defined by architecture teams
• Create, refine, and clearly communicate product backlog items
• Prioritize backlog to ensure optimal delivery of business value
• Ensure backlog transparency and alignment with agile practices
• Define and communicate team objectives and PI goals
• Collaborate with architects, product management, and stakeholders
• Support solution design aligned with architectural and non-functional requirements
• Work closely with product management, architects, and other product owners
• Contribute to integration framework governance and common platform development
• Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments at team level
• Support agile delivery within organizational standards and governance
• Cooperate daily with orchestration teams and participate in governance forums
