• Over 10 years of hands-on experience administering Oracle Database versions 12c to 19c.
• Strong practical experience with Oracle RAC (ASM) in production environments.
• Strong experience with Oracle Data Guard and disaster recovery solutions.
• Experience with Linux administration in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle database provisioning, migrations, and service management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Oracle architecture and database design principles.
• Experience with Oracle management tools including Data Guard, RMAN, and Data Pump.
• Good knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate and its process flow.
• Understanding of FSFO problem solving and observer management.
• Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) architecture and matrix management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

• Administer and support Oracle Database environments across pre-production, disaster recovery, and production.
• Manage Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and Fast-Start Failover (FSFO) configurations.
• Perform database patching, upgrades, and production deployments.
• Execute and validate switchover, failover, and disaster recovery tests.
• Troubleshoot database, RAC, Data Guard, and availability-related issues.
• Support Oracle GoldenGate and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) environments.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Prepare pre-production environment to enable FSFO.
• Sync DataGuard and rebuild standby as needed.
• Create and validate database services at PDB level.
• Create new databases and migrate old PDB to new containers.
• Activate FSFO and troubleshoot FSFO issues.
• Execute operating system changes as needed.
• Handle RAC issues with disaster recovery.
• Set up OGG microservices and OEM.
• Implement changes on production environments.

Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week if required; all Nordea Poland locations applicable.
