Business Analyst

Jit Team partners with a leading financial group in the Nordic countries, supporting over 200 personnel engaged in more than 60 projects focusing on modern technology and financial services. The client is a Norwegian financial services provider with a global presence, known for its Scandinavian culture emphasizing work-life balance and feedback culture, and projects are executed internationally with English language exposure. Jit Team employs over 770 experts and supports educational and charitable initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, specifically in accounts/payments
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong ability to decompose complex business problems and design practical solutions within technical constraints
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and driving alignment on requirements
• Ability to effectively communicate, refine, and document business requirements in collaboration with IT teams
• Hands-on experience with user stories creation, defining acceptance criteria, and sprint planning and reviews
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Experience managing competing stakeholder priorities while ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines
• Proven ability to negotiate scope and timeline trade-offs between business expectations and technical constraints

• Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear development tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements
• Support development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, including sprint planning and reviews
