Business Analyst

The client is a fintech institution operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focused on modernising its digital capabilities and expanding its offering for micro-SME customers. It is an organisation with a strong market presence and a clear strategic commitment to innovation, aiming to deliver banking experiences that are fully digital, user-friendly, and deeply integrated with day-to-day business needs.

Jit Team employs over 700 experienced experts creating highly specialised teams for clients worldwide. It is a Polish company active for over 15 years, involved in charitable and educational activities and offering internships to help launch IT careers.

MUST HAVE:

• Solid commercial experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in software development projects
• Experience in the financial services or banking domain, understanding banking products and processes (accounts, payments, lending, cards, or similar)
• Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
• Experience working within cross-functional agile teams (developers, QA, tech leads)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English: ability to communicate freely in a professional setting (spoken and written)
• Availability to work from the office 3 days per week in Warsaw, Kraków, Tricity, or Rzeszów

Nice to have:

• Experience acting as Product Owner (backlog ownership, prioritization, acceptance decisions)
• Prior experience with greenfield fintech or digital banking platform builds
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures or modern backend/frontend technology stacks
• Experience in the Middle Eastern financial services market
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for your assigned product area
• Act as the Product Owner within your squad, own the backlog, prioritize features, and make acceptance decisions
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead and developers to ensure requirements are technically feasible and well-understood
• Work with the QA Engineer to define acceptance criteria and validate delivered features against business expectations
• Coordinate with other Business Analysts and the Project Manager to ensure consistency across product areas
• Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of business rules, processes, and product specifications
• Communicate requirements, decisions, and status in English to all stakeholders

Locations: Warsaw, Kraków, Tricity (Gdańsk/Gdynia/Sopot), Rzeszów Each squad must be from a single location; no splitting squad members across cities. Work model: Hybrid, 3 days in the office per week. This is a hard requirement. Fluent English communication is mandatory.
