• 7+ years of mixed methods research experience.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics).
• Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Experience with statistical and data analysis tools.
• Experience with benchmarking and product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience working on complex, highly technical B2B products.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously across multiple stakeholder groups.

• Lead end-to-end user research initiatives across functional domains to guide product strategy and design decisions.
• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys, card sorting, personas, benchmarking studies).
• Synthesize research data into actionable insights through storytelling, personas, journey maps, workshops, presentations, or reports.
• Translate research insights into clear recommendations to inform product strategy, design decisions, and business priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, set expectations for UX research, and foster communication and teamwork.
• Incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research planning, execution, and analysis.
