Wymagania

  • 3+ years of experience managing a data platform or technical product.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Data Services, or similar cloud data ecosystems.
  • Practical knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
  • Experience with DevOps/DataOps practices, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with technology vendors, contracts, and procurement.
  • Understanding of budgeting, purchase orders, and financial governance.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Data Mesh, Data Governance, or Lakehouse architecture.
  • Azure, FinOps, or Product Management certifications.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, dbt, or Atlan.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, AI Act, and modern data governance standards.

Obowiązki

  • Define and execute the technical roadmap for the data platform.
  • Drive development of cloud-based data environments using Azure, Databricks, and related technologies.
  • Ensure platform scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence.
  • Lead FinOps initiatives, cloud cost optimization, and budgeting.
  • Implement and improve DevOps/DataOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code standards.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and coordinate procurement activities.
  • Oversee contracts, SLAs, licensing, purchase orders, and invoice validation.
  • Collaborate closely with Data, AI, Engineering, Finance, and Business stakeholders.
