Junior Machine Learning Engineer

• Master’s Degree in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience creating machine learning algorithms
• Programming experience using Python
• Experience working with large, real-world datasets
• Good project, time management, and organizational skills; eagerness to work with business owners to ensure correct questions are asked

• Support development of Agentic AI solutions in the life sciences domain
• Fine-tune pre-trained foundation models and support stakeholders with analysis and implementation
• Assist in transforming machine learning research expertise into viable prototypes
• Develop features of models on individual projects/products with guidance
• Build and train production-grade algorithms to learn from complex data
• Use various techniques to improve natural language processing and machine learning algorithm performance
• Assist in testing and validating models for deployment viability
• Create experiments and prototype ideas to address pharma questions
• Consult internal and external clients and assist in AI project technical delivery with support
