Business Analyst

The PACE Intelligence team is the global business intelligence foundation of Google Cloud, responsible for building the semantic source of truth for the business and delivering advanced reporting to over 10,000 sellers globally. The team enables sellers with scalable insights, a resilient data layer, and innovative Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive business success and execute Cloud Strategy through an insights-led ecosystem.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in sales operations, management consulting, or program management.
• Experience with data analysis and structured query language (SQL).
• Experience developing analytical models using spreadsheet software.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with systems for collaborative code reviews including version control.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, R, JavaScript, or Go for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
• Experience supporting data-driven sales operations, consulting, or program management and strategic cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working with generative AI to scale data-driven and insights-led business processes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into robust KPI frameworks tracking revenue, consumption, and Go-To-Market strategy execution.
• Lead end-to-end business intelligence projects from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring data solutions provide high-quality, relevant insights.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights by developing data models, data marts, and automated reporting for leadership and field teams.
• Design and build robust data infrastructure including data pipelines, warehouses, and advanced SQL scripts to power scalable analytical models and dashboards.
• Develop, test, and maintain AI agents that integrate with existing data pipelines to scale the generation and delivery of actionable business intelligence.
