System Analyst with PO experience

Andersen is hiring a System Analyst with PO experience for a project building enterprise integrations, automating workflows, and supporting digital transformation initiatives. The customer is an international organization operating in the financial and protection services domain, providing diverse customer-oriented solutions across multiple business areas and markets. The project focuses on designing and implementing an integration layer connecting multiple business systems and digital services, including insurance and customer service workflows.

• Experience as a System Analyst for 3.5+ years.
• Experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io for requirements management and process modeling.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, SFTP, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Postman.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and gRPC.
• Experience with Camunda or similar workflow/process automation platforms.
• Familiarity with ELK Stack for log analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Git and a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical thinking and systems understanding.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
• English language proficiency from Upper-Intermediate and above.

• Project Management background.

• Capturing, analyzing, and documenting business, user, and functional requirements.
• Translating business needs into clear, implementable technical specifications.
• Creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed documentation.
