• 5+ years of commercial experience with IBM Mainframe technologies
• Strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, CICS, z/OS, and DB2
• Experience in SQL development and database optimization
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of solutions
• Good communication skills and English proficiency (B1+)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, and CI/CD practices
• Background in banking, finance, or insurance
• Knowledge of Mainframe modernization initiatives
• Mentoring experience

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on IBM Mainframe platforms
• Analyze business requirements and design effective technical solutions
• Work with COBOL, JCL, CICS, z/OS, and DB2 databases
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance
• Collaborate with international teams on complex business-critical systems
