Hardware Test Lead

• Masters degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or an associated field.
• 5+ years experience in automotive electronics hardware development.
• 2+ years of experience in leading or coordinating a project team.
• Active listener with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good foundational knowledge in hardware embedded systems and mechanical constraints.
• Proficient in communicating with customers and engineering leadership.
• Fluency in English is required.

• Define electronics hardware verification and validation test plans based on input from program management, system leaders, and hardware and mechanical competencies.
• Contribute to defining test strategies and coordinate their realization.
• Collaborate with system, software, and hardware development leaders to control parts availability for testing.
• Monitor, track, and communicate testing resource needs.
• Track progress of electronics hardware deliverables and tests.
• Evaluate and communicate delays and risks to product development.
• Review and report testing status and results internally and externally.

Project start immediate, candidates should have a short notice period. Initial project duration is 6 months with possibility of extension. Location Kraków with hybrid work, possibility of short business trips.
