Senior Manufacturing Engineer (VR)

The company focuses on delivering worldwide geo-referenced aviation charts and navigation data within its flagship flight-planning application, aiming to advance digital aviation by improving safety, efficiency, and decision-making across flight operations. The organization develops a suite of aviation software tools supporting both flight crews and operational teams, creating an end-to-end digital ecosystem from flight planning to mission execution and post-flight analysis.

• 5+ years of engineering experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong CAD interoperability skills; experience with CATIA and IVT (Integration Visualization Tool)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production engineering
• Experience maintaining hardware and software environments
• Familiarity with MBOM/EBOM (Manufacturing/Engineering Bill of Materials)
• Experience in human factors, ergonomics, or safety engineering is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field
• Excellent communication, presentation, and technical reporting skills

• Develop immersive VR scenes and scenarios to support engineering decision-making
• Support engineering reviews related to product design, manufacturing, maintenance, and human safety
• Maintain VR laboratory hardware and software environments
• Act as the focal point for advanced visualization labs
• Translate manufacturing use cases into effective VR experiences
• Support VR integrators and cross-functional teams during development, testing, and deployment
• Prepare technical presentations and report-outs for engineering and leadership
• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer related to VR solutions
• Contribute to product design, process improvements, and manufacturing readiness
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams

This position requires 100% onsite work in Rzeszów, Poland.
