ServiceNow Senior Application Developer

• Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, administration, and support.
• Knowledge of at least two of the following areas: ServiceNow AI Agents, Customer Service Management (CSM), Data Foundation (CMDB & CSDM), Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Platform Administration, System Administration, Vulnerability Response (VR).

• Design small to medium size solutions and develop, implement, and test modules and products within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Participate in calculation of development and product costs.
• Provide integration facilities and logistics provisions.
• Suggest and implement process improvements within projects.
• Use new technologies and methods to develop competitive products.
• Provide technical documentation following internal standards, including analytical and process documentation.
• Create project documentation such as plans, schedules, estimates, and sales documentation.
• Provide Back Level maintenance support and problem solving for own and third-party modules.
• Support development during product lifecycle and perform bug fixing.
• Maintain high level of product and solution knowledge and contribute to team quality assurance.
