• Experience as a system or system-business analyst in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities including configuration.
• Ability to configure system flows based on available Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities.
• Analytical skills and ability to analyze business requirements and work with stakeholders.
• Independence, creativity, and responsibility in task execution.
• Result-oriented attitude and proactive search for new solutions.
• Ability to work in Agile methodologies.
• English language proficiency in speaking and writing (mandatory).

• Analyze business requirements and design system changes in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Actively contribute to creating ideas and designing new or improved solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Support testing and deployment of new solutions to test and production environments.
• Ensure compliance of solutions with accepted standards and methodologies.
• Support the testing process of designed solutions.
• Handle operational requests and resolve end-user issues.
• Participate in deployment processes and release cycles.
• Analyze causes of problems, manage corrective and preventive actions.
• Create necessary documentation.
• Participate in Agile events and daily team activities (knowledge sharing, idea exchange, improving tools).
• Collaborate with stakeholders at local and central levels.
• Ensure high user satisfaction and quality of delivered solutions.
• Increase daily user engagement with Salesforce, conduct user training and workshops.
