ADAMED is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for positions based in Pieńków or Pabianice, Poland. The role focuses on managing financial receivables, credit risk assessment, and insurance processes related to clients domestically and abroad.

• Higher education in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Availability to work hybrid from office locations in Pieńków or Pabianice
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of ERP systems and BI tools
• English language proficiency for business communication (B2 level)

• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and drawing conclusions

• Soft debt collection of overdue receivables based on receivables reports (Poland and abroad)
• Analyze receivables structure and communicate potential risks
• Oversee the process of allocating incoming client payments
• Block and release orders within granted limits and procedures
• Manage the receivables insurance process including cooperation with insurers, verifying insurance limits, making insurance decisions, and reporting claims
• Cooperate with brokers by preparing data for policy renewals
• Assess and prepare recommendations on potential clients and suppliers by analyzing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, financial ratios, and commercial intelligence reports
• Analyze credit limits and prepare recommendations
• Provide ongoing support to the department in receivables control
• Collaborate with business areas and financial departments
