• Strong knowledge of SAP and ServiceNow (procurement and access rights administration)
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), ideally including myIDA
• Process-oriented and structured work approach
• Careful and compliance-focused work style
• Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
• Experience in third-party management is an advantage
• Fluent English, both written and spoken (required due to international third-party providers)
• German language skills are advantageous

• Coordination and management of engagements for third-party service providers
• Processing requests for external services
• Creation of purchase requisitions (PRs) in SAP
• Maintenance of purchase order tracking and status overviews
• Monthly reporting of booked hours versus DLD budgets
• Onboarding of new external and internal employees (including initial access provisioning)
• Administration and maintenance of access rights in myIDA (changes and updates)
• Regular monitoring and reporting of permissions and contracts
• Execution of offboarding activities (revocation of all access rights and contract termination)
• Continuous improvement of access management processes
• Documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements

Administrator przetwarza dane obowiązkowe na podstawie ciążącego na nim obowiązku prawnego, zaś w zakresie danych dodatkowych podstawą przetwarzania jest zgoda. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
