Principal Architect, Financial Services Institution, Google Cloud (English, Polish)

The Google Cloud Platform team helps customers transform and build their business with cloud technology. They focus on security, reliability, and scalability across infrastructure to applications. The role is part of the Customer Engineering organization, leading cross-functional teams to design and govern enterprise cloud strategies for financial services industry clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience as an enterprise architect or equivalent customer-facing role.
• Experience in cloud market insights and cloud computing across applications, infrastructure, storage, platforms, or data.
• Experience engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Experience supporting the financial services industry.
• Fluency in English and Polish.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with structured enterprise architecture practices, hybrid cloud, and migrations.
• Experience building and implementing highly distributed global cloud-based systems.
• Knowledge of enterprise technology buying and evaluation processes.
• Ability to learn new emerging technologies and methodologies in Cloud/IT space.
• Ability to deliver results and work cross-functionally to orchestrate multi-product solutions.
• Ability to drive and influence audiences and identify account expansion opportunities.

• Build trusted advisory relationships with strategic accounts and engage with senior technical and business leaders.
• Provide domain expertise around public cloud and enterprise technology and promote Google Cloud externally.
• Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructures to implement complete solutions.
• Manage holistic enterprise architecture relationships by collaborating with specialists, product management, and technical teams.
• Travel to customer sites, conferences, and events (~50%).
