Business Analyst

The role is within the Talent, Learning & Culture product area, focusing on People & Culture technology landscape with emphasis on SRA, Compliance, and Quality topics.

• Experience in business analysis and stakeholder management.
• Ability to investigate business needs and define requirements.
• Experience in facilitating business change and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong consultancy and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting project management and testing activities.
• Familiarity with business analysis methods and tools.
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, and SQL.

• Work closely with Product Delivery Leads within the People & Culture technology stack.
• Support People & Culture Technologies focusing on SRA, Compliance, and Quality.
• Investigate business needs and define business requirements.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Identify and propose strategic business improvements.
• Facilitate business change, process improvements, and organizational transitions.
• Apply business analysis methods and consultancy practices to support solution delivery.
• Support project management and testing activities.
