Senior Product Owner

Shiji Group is a product-based company originating from China, specializing in advanced IT systems for the hospitality, food service, and retail industries. In Poland, the company focuses on developing the Shiji Enterprise Platform, a comprehensive management platform for hotels.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a technical or platform product context.
• Comfortable writing story-level requirements and running day-to-day Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong ability to translate high-level strategy into clear, prioritized work.
• Fluency with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog management across parallel workstreams.
• Ability to work with technical concepts such as APIs, platforms, integrations, and orchestration.
• Excellent written communication skills for writing precise, unambiguous user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills to balance multiple product lines.

• Translate strategy into clear, scoped epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria across AI Core surfaces.
• Define features for the Daylight AI Assistant in collaboration with the AI Enablement Lead.
• Build, prioritize, and continuously groom backlogs for both AI product lines.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as requirements point of contact, clarifying scope and keeping stories delivery-ready.
• Partner with the AI Enablement Lead to ensure faithful execution of strategy.
• Coordinate communication and manage dependencies between AI Core, Daylight, and internal teams.
• Track and communicate delivery progress, risks, and readiness.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI/ML platforms, agent frameworks, AI assistants, or internal-platform products.
• Familiarity with cost/billing/metering products or usage-based pricing models.
• Experience supporting multiple product lines or internal teams as a shared function.
