Senior Software Developer

Shiji Group is a product-based company originating from China, specializing in advanced IT systems for hospitality, food service, and retail. In Poland, it develops the Shiji Enterprise Platform, a management platform for hotels.

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience
• Solid backend engineering fundamentals including API design, distributed services, cloud-native development
• Strong Python skills as infrastructure and services are primarily Python-based
• Sound grasp of SOLID principles and clean software design
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Bedrock) or similar cloud providers such as Azure, GCP
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where requirements evolve from PoC to production

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS CDK (infrastructure-as-code)
• Experience with AWS Bedrock AgentCore
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and knowledge bases
• Agent development experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Google ADK, Anthropic Agent SDK, or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with tool-integration protocols for AI systems (e.g. MCP or similar)

Non-negotiable:

• Fluency using AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot as a core part of daily workflow

• Build core AI platform infrastructure and services
• Develop agent orchestration and tooling frameworks
• Create AI-powered knowledge and data systems
