The role focuses on payment solutions and systems connected with the organization's core payment platform.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Analyst in the financial services sector
• Strong background in the payments domain with hands-on experience in core payment systems integration
• Proven collaboration with software development and QA teams throughout delivery lifecycle
• Ability to translate business expectations into detailed technical and functional requirements
• Practical knowledge of analytical deliverables including process models, user requirement specifications, functional documentation, state diagrams, and use case definitions
• Hands-on experience with UML, BPMN, and SQL
• Willingness to learn beyond primary expertise and adopt new technologies
• Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum and LeSS
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)

• Design and document new functionalities related to the core payment ecosystem, including payment file processing, clearing, and settlement activities
• Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into clear specifications
• Prepare technical and functional documentation supporting developers, testers, and business teams
• Use SQL, UML, and BPMN to model processes and define solution requirements
• Perform data analysis using sources such as SQL databases, BigQuery, and CSV files
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, QA specialists, and business representatives
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance documentation quality
• Support problem-solving initiatives using analytical and data-driven approaches
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and promote an Agile mindset

Administrator przetwarza dane obowiązkowe na podstawie ciążącego na nim obowiązku prawnego, zaś w zakresie danych dodatkowych podstawą przetwarzania jest zgoda. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
