Wymagania

  • Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark in production environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python for processing, transforming, and analyzing large-scale datasets.
  • Experience working with complex, messy, incomplete, or inconsistent data, identifying issues and driving data quality improvements.
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
  • Experience participating in data migration, integration, or transformation projects.
  • Practical experience designing and implementing data validation, monitoring, governance, and quality control mechanisms.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience creating clear documentation including data mappings, business rules, data dictionaries, and process documentation.
  • Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and high standards for data accuracy.
  • Understanding of GDPR and data privacy principles.
  • Fluent in Polish and English (C1+).
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and large language models (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply them responsibly.

Nice to have:

  • Practical experience with a global HRIS (HR Information System).
  • Experience building data solutions in cloud-based platforms.
  • Experience creating Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
  • Experience working in international or multi-country environments.
  • Knowledge of process mining, process improvement, or business process optimization.

Obowiązki

  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders across multiple countries to improve data quality and support system integrations and migrations.
  • Build scalable data solutions that enable better decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Group HR Controller, country HR Heads, project teams, and multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders.
