Project/Delivery Manager

TTMS is hiring for a position responsible for managing the full lifecycle of IT projects delivered for clients, including initial contact, requirements gathering, solution concept preparation, execution oversight, and final delivery. The company operates in Warsaw, Poland.

• Minimum 3-5 years experience managing IT projects (Project/Delivery Management) and/or business analysis.
• Experience on the vendor side delivering client-specific projects (custom software/outsourcing).
• Ability to gather and specify requirements (user stories, use cases, functional and non-functional requirements).
• Practical knowledge of managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Experience preparing IT project proposals and estimates.
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum) with flexible application.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including business client interaction.
• Ability to coordinate distributed teams and technical specialists.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2/C1).
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum / IIBA certifications welcome but not required.

Pre-sales and conceptual stage:

• Gather and analyze initial business and technical requirements from the client.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and solution concepts in collaboration with the technical team.
• Define project scope, goals, risks, preliminary schedule, and budget.
• Conduct workshops and meetings with the client to clarify requirements (user stories, use cases).

Project execution and oversight:

• Create and update project plans (scope, resources, costs, schedule).
• Collaborate continuously with the technical team (developers, architects, QA) to meet requirements.
• Monitor work progress, quality of deliverables, and compliance with agreed scope.
• Identify and manage risks and project changes (change management).
• Manage communication and client relationships at every project stage.
• Report project status (scope, time, costs, risks) to client and internally.

Project closure:

• Supervise handover and implementation of the final solution at the client.
• Provide project summary, conclusions, and recommendations for the future (lessons learned).

Responsibility:

• Full accountability for meeting project scope, deadline, and budget.
• Ensure client satisfaction and quality of business relationships.
