IAM System Developer

• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience including programming in Java, Python, and/or PowerShell (minimum 3 years).
• Experience with system integrations using REST API, SCIM, or LDAP (minimum 2 years).
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (minimum 2 years).
• Experience reading and analyzing system logs (minimum 2 years).
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of IAM protocols: SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos.
• Technical understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID).
• Familiarity with security principles like least privilege, separation of duties, RBAC.
• Spoken and written Polish (majority of documentation and stakeholders are Polish-speaking).
• English language proficiency at B2 level for cross-market collaboration.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ platforms.
• Experience with Saviynt, Okta Workflows, or similar IGA platforms.
• Microsoft SC-300 certification or willingness to pursue it.
• Exposure to SIEM tools such as Splunk or Sentinel in an IAM context.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Develop and maintain SailPoint (IdentityIQ) platform functionality and connectors to systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, HR systems, and SaaS applications.
• Design and build custom integrations and interfaces with InPost's internal systems in cooperation with an implementation partner.
• Automate identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, and role assignment using PowerShell, Python, and Java/Groovy.
• Build integrations via REST API, SCIM, LDAP, and SOAP/XML including data mappings and transformation logic.
• Design and implement access approval, escalation, and entitlement certification workflows.
• Analyze system, application, and Active Directory/Azure AD logs to diagnose provisioning and integration issues.
• Participate in code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and manage code in Git.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for connectors, provisioning processes, and operational procedures.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical designs.
• Track work using Jira and participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
