Data Analyst with Python

FedEx is the world’s largest express transportation company. The role is for a Data Analyst skilled in Python to join their team in Kraków, working in an international and dynamic environment.

• Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1)
• Strong knowledge of Python
• Over 4 years of experience in a similar data analyst role
• Expert level skills in Excel and comfortable with PowerPoint presentations
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills for locating sources and creating processes to answer questions
• Comfortable presenting analysis and results to diverse audiences
• Knowledge of data structures and enhancing data integration across the business
• Experience working collaboratively with other analysts and aligning data sources to improve infrastructure
• Ability to work across multiple data sources (customer segmentation, operational, IT data)
• Strong understanding of data validation, analysis, problem-solving, and error checking techniques

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAS Enterprise Guide
• Experience working in Databricks
• Experience with Asana and GitHub

• Perform customer segmentation to accelerate migration by identifying eligible customers based on business value
• Conduct ad-hoc and regular customer analysis
• Assist in executing customer migrations through data analysis and advising on conclusions
• Communicate project requirements and data interpretations with various stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and countries
• Work in a team of analysts, aligning on project requirements and process changes
• Develop and maintain core datasets for the Analytics team
• Identify and resolve data issues
• Work with diverse data sources and liaise with SMEs to identify new data sources
• Evaluate project performance using transactional data sources and survey results
