Delphi Developer

• Minimum 3 years of experience programming in Delphi
• Good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
• Good knowledge of tools: SQL Developer, Git, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence
• Ability to use AI in coding and documentation work
• Ability to work according to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Ability to diagnose problems and react effectively to resolve them
• Higher education in computer science
• English language skills sufficient to work with technical documentation
• Ability to write code documentation
• Effectiveness, accuracy, diligence, independence, creativity
• Good work organization

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of insurance matters
• Knowledge of IT systems engineering and development methodologies
• Experience developing mobile applications in Delphi

• Designing, programming, testing, and deploying new solutions
• Leading project and implementation work in IT systems based on Oracle technologies
• Developing and implementing software in Delphi
• Preparing technical specifications and project, technical, and administrative documentation
• Conducting agreements with business units regarding implemented changes
• Collaborating with other developers and business units following Agile methodology
